School Physicals

If you need a school physical, please call or text us at 407-298-2465 to schedule.

Please be aware that our office does not perform ECG (heart) testing.

School physical fee is $30. Please bring exact change if you intend to pay cash as we cannot make change for you.

If the student is under 18 years old, a legal guardian must be present at the time of the physical.
